Makoto Sanada is a gravure idol, television personality, and registered nurse from Chiba Prefecture. Originally working in healthcare, she was scouted for entertainment after appearing on "Can I Follow You Home?" in 2019.
She released her debut DVD "Milky Glammer" in February 2022 through Takeshobo. That same year, she was named "East Ozeki" in Weekly Playboy's "New-Generation Gravure Idol Ranking" (autumn 2022). In 2023, she launched her official fan club "Sanadarium" and was featured among the "57 Gravure Idols of Japan" in Weekly Playboy's 57th anniversary special.
Sanada received the "Globe-Rounder Award" at Weekly SPA!'s 2023 Gravure Soul Awards. Her debut photo collection "Spellbound" was published in November 2025 by Tokuma Shoten and ranked number 13 on Asagei Secret Magazine's Gravure DVD Awards top 50 list. She maintains active status as a registered nurse.
